We couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Kurt. He was supportive, responsive and gave us really helpful insights into the prices and pros and cons of places we were considering. We were travelling internationally when we decided to make an offer and Kurt made the process seamless. He went above and beyond, getting in touch with contractors to get estimates for repairs flagged during the inspection and contacting the HOA for pending paperwork so that it could be resolved before we closed. I highly recommend him!
