We've always enjoyed cupcakes from The Kupcake Factory, but we decided we'd love to have the amazing red velvet flavor as our Groom's cake last November. It was the BEST decision we could have made! The flavor was amazing, and the design was beyond what we could have ever imaged. All of our guests loved the Groom's cake. I can't speak highly enough of The Kupcake Factory!

This was my 1st time trying Kupcake Factory. I got the red velvet cupcake. The cake itself tasted salty & did not resemble the flavor of a red velvet cake, but the icing was decent. I also bought a carrot cake cupcake. The cake was moist and very tasty, but the icing left a lot to be desired. It was supposed to be cream cheese but tasted more like a butter cream icing with cream cheese flavoring. Also, the girl who served us was rude. Overall, I was disappointed. We visited the Veterans Blvd. location in Metairie.
