I went for the first time on Friday 05/13/2016 and things were excellent. I live about an hour and a half away and it was worth it!!!!!

The cupcake has the same filling as our Boston cream cupcake It is a cream custard type filling. We do need to update our website as not all cupcakes have a description. The signs at the store only have the names of the cupcakes. Orange n Cream cupcake is an orange flavored cake with a whipped orange frosting and a cream filling. Thank you again for taking the time to point out the items you were dissatisfied with. We will make sure to finish our website descriptions in the next couple weeks.
I purchased a $180 cake from the Kupcake factory for it to fall all apart before I can cut it. I bought the cake bake to show them what happened, they told me they could only give me back $30 on the cake because I should have refrigerated the cake.That was an insult on my daughters 11th birthday.
I just tried the red valvet cupcake and it was the best cupcake I've ever inhaled smh
Sorry, just not worth the money. The Boston Cream, wedding cake and red velvet didn't taste like you would think. The people in front of me got a half dozen and was treated with a free, day old cupcake. I ordered a half dozen and didn't get anything extra?? Red carpet for them and back door for me. Not sure what changed but I use to be a big fan! Sorry to say not anymore. Other places give bigger and better taste for less.

Hello Sandy, Sorry you were not completely satisfied with the cupcakes. We do strive to have a consistent product. I will have to take a look at those flavors today to see what could be off. As far as getting a free cupcake, the attendant should have offered you one as well. Sometimes we offer senior citizens, law enforcement a free cupcake, it depends.
