The Kupcake Factory makes amazing cakes too. I ordered a specialty cake over the internet and one phone call from out of state and it was more than i ever expected. I told them to give me flavor and they did. I had a 2 layer cake 1 Strawberry and 1 Marble with butter cream frosting in the shape of a Mardi Gras Mask... Will definitely order from them in the future.
Good product. Bad service. I ordered to cupcakes in Valentine's Day, I was nice but the girl was so rude, I asked her for a box and I tell her that I could pay for that one because I was with my 1 yo baby in his little car and nothing to carry on. She left the box on the table in front of me and leave waiting there, she didn't say something, thank you, help me to put the cupcakes in the box, or nothing and started to talk with the only next costumer that was thinking in her order yet.
