The cupcakes are very very good, the food isn't the problem it's the customer service. I've called and left my number 3 times about pricing for a wedding cake and have heard nothing back so I'm assuming Kupcake factory isn't interested in doing it. I also just left because I sat in the drive through line being ignored for 10 minutes while the person working checked people out walking in after I had already been in line. I will look into the messages not being returned and make sure that we improve upon that. I did speak to the attendant today, he said he did greet you when he noticed you were there and he did tell me he had other customers in the store at the time. We do not currently have menus so that is why he couldn't give you one when you asked. I don't think that he purposely ignored you but he could have gotten to you ... read more

These cupcakes are made fresh daily. If you want a quick treat for yourself or to indulge with someone else, this is the place to go. I love all the selections. ...even though I would rather bake at home, sometimes it's nice to treat yourself. Lemon raspberry, yummy for my tummy! Jo from Kenner.

Look I paid $23 for 9 cupcakes, went back an hour later bought 13 cupcakes and paid $42.90!!! I asked why so much? Was told because I had them individually boxed. I asked what if I bought one, how would you box it? Bailey said just like this. I asked how much would that be? Bailey said $2.50!! So I understood that I don't get the half dozen price of $14 because I want individual boxed, I would pay $2.50 each but to charge me $3 each because I bought so many, you up charged .50 each one I bought, ridiculous. Never again.
