I recently purchased a new 2025 Camry from Kunes Toyota of Galesburg, Illinois; Scott Carlson was my salesperson. I very much enjoyed working with Scott and found him to be extremely helpful in every aspect of the purchase. He is kind, efficient, and very knowledgeable in regard to the vehicles and the sales process. The other Kunes staff who participated in my purchase are also to commended. I love my new Toyota and look forward to working with the Kunes family for all my future car needs.

It has been a pleasure working with Marcus Avendano while purchasing my '25 Grand Highlander. I appreciate that he kept me advised when 2 new Grand Highlander Hybrids became available. Because of his keeping me in the loop I drove 50 miles to deal with him and make my purchase. I'm also thankful for his followup when it was discovered that I was missing the Owners Navigation & Multi-media Manual. They stole a pair of (calipars) from me. The ones used for measuring. They were expensive ones that I used for work. They were in the vehicle that I traded in and when I came back for them they denied they were in the car. The boss of the place actually told me maybe I misplaced them on a shelf in my garage or something. I 100% guarantee they were taken. I have absolutely no doubt. Shady business and because of this one instance I will not ever do business with them again. I’ve bought 2 vehicles from them. Never again.

I was hoping my experience with Kunes was going to be a positive one. We had an appointment with a salesman and upon arriving was told to sit at his desk- NOONE approached us to ask if we have been helped or are waiting for someone. We waited for 15 minutes without any help at all. Before walking out I went to speak to someone who just glanced at me often and told him I was waiting to buy a car- noone helped so I am walking out. I was in a rough spot and Dan S. & Melvin G. worked and worked and worked, never gave up on me, and were able to get me into the vehicle I really wanted!!! It was a pain but they got it done!! Thank you again so much you guys seriously for being so determined and never backing down!! ??

Friendly group, attentive, all bases covered in waiting area with television, snacks, coffee and water along with reading material. They were also able to accommodate the work my vehicle needed to what was financially feasible for me to have done.
