Zero customer service. Lazy service manager. Wife needed service for our 2015 Nissan Rogue, had road hazard, and they STILL made us pay for the service visit. Refused to look us up in the system. Mr Lujack, if you're listening, these clowns are making you look bad. Fix it.
Super professional store with the best customer service around. I wouldn't look anywhere else for a new Nissan, or vehicle period for that matter. Lujack Nissan is the place to go.
Won't ever buy a car here!!! What good does putting down a deposit and giving all of your information do when they sell the car that they're supposedly holding? Will tell EVERYONE I know to avoid this place at all costs!! Had cash in hand to purchase the vehicle but they sold it out from under me.

When I went to lujack nissan looking around nate came up to me in the rain. I did not know what I was looking for, but after talking with nate some he helped me find my nissan altima. He was super helpful and easy to talk to.He was easygoing and didn't even push to get a buy out of me. Even though it was raining, he went with me from car to car and answered all my questions. Our car shopping experience could not have been any easier! Nate was patient and listened to our needs and there was never any pressure to buy. His customer service was outstanding and the entire Nissan team was friendly and courteous. We will definitely be back to see Nate! I felt like family when I left, he even took the time to connect my bluetooth in my car and make sure I understand the features in my new car. Worked excellently with my crazy work schedule. He is the only guy to see if your looking for a car.
