Wow, what a dealership and what a guy! Nate hooked me up with my new Titan today, not only did he work for me and get me a great deal, but also went the extra mile by hand delivering the truck to me at work. Originally, I bought a Jeep from them, and the same day it broke down. I returned the next day, and they said there was nothing they could do. Car breaks down the same day I buy it, and they wouldn't do anything about it. I gave them a 1 star review, and eventually was contacted by them. They offered to tow it and take care of it for us, and I would take down my 1 star review. We had already looked at it, and knew what the issues were. We came to buy a new Nissan Rogue, our experience there was beyond amazing. Brady and Chris were both very nice, helpful, and respectful. They ended up getting us a great deal and went out of their way to get us the color and interior of the Rogue we wanted. We will be back the next time were out shopping for a new vehicle.
Screwing people isn't good business ethics. If someone is making an appt, the ethical professional would look to see when the warranty is up. Don't make the appt right afterwards to jack them for $2k.
