I will never buy another vehicle from here ever again! For my first vehicle (2007 Lincoln Town Car) bought from there, they sold me a car with a half assed brake job where they didn't grease the caliper slides so the brakes squeak and they bent the splash shield on the right front so it rubbed on the rotor. And to top that off it had two front tires that were nearly bold. Their service sucks. No customer service. You wouldn't find this kind of treatment at Ray Chevy in Fox Lake where I work!
Never in my life have I been treated this well. They have outstanding inventory and the pre-owned cars are awesome. Every question had the same answer "YES" No games at all. You want it, you got it. They don't beat you up on ups and extras. It is part of their jod to make you aware of these opportunities. If it is not a good fit for your preferences, you just move on. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Extremely rude salesman. It's almost April 2015 and they wouldn't budge on msrp on a 14 St that was not in perfect condition. Literally, the second I told him I wasn't paying msrp, he cut me off and said thanks for your time, got up, and walked away before we did. Also, extreme low ball on my trade. What a joke. Don't waste your time. Several reviews on Google say the same thing.

Stephanie, we are sorry we couldn't come to an agreement on the sale of the Focus with you. The price you were offered was actually invoice not msrp. Unfortunately the value we place on trade in vehicles doesn't always coincide with the consumers perceived trade value, sometimes that gap can be to much to cover. I do apologize if you felt that your salesperson treated you rudely. That is not acceptable and will be addressed. One if the worst places I've been to ever! Kunes put a motor in my truck only to fine months later my pully was on the wrong side eating through belts. And my front drive shaft for 4x4 was on backwards.... That's great!!!!! NOT!

Had a great time with Joseph Demeritt. Aside from being very professional he was also great at just joking around and having a few laughs while were at the dealership. Went by Kunes for a new truck a couple years ago. Aaron was the gentleman that helped me. To this day he still contacts me and makes sure everything is going great. Every oil change he makes it a point to come and say hello. I would highly recommend purchasing a car from him.
