I was very pleased with the awsome customer service that Keith and the Kunes Country Ford team gave. Very welcoming and hospitable. I wasn't expecting to drive off the lot in a 2016. Thank you so much

Stopped into Kunes Ford to look for new truck was told to set at a salesman's chair and would be taken care of but after more than a half hour I was told to go wait in the waiting room. After another 20 or 30 minutes left and would not recommend this place to my enemy's.

Been buying fords from dealer since around 1972 after all these years got lied to by salesman and management. I filed claim with better business bureau and was told the complaint was closed by them because the dealership refused to reply. Stay as far away from this dealer as you can. they are not honest and deserve no respect.

They tell you what they think you want to hear to make a sale and you find out later that everything they said was only half true. Very deceptive practice. I would never deal with them again or would I recommend them. Nothing like taking advantage of the elderly on social security. Maybe we need to contact the State Attorney's Office and the Better Business Bureau.

Sold me a used commercial truck that was supposedly safety inspected but wasn't and I only found this out when the tire shop I went to told me the brake pads were cracked in half . Good thing their are many ford dealers else where to buy a truck at .
