Dr. Kulkarni is by far the best Dr. I have had dealing with the issues I have. He provides excellent care and concern for his patients in a safe, comfortable environment. He's always asked how I've been and actually listens to me and answers any questions I have. I would definitely recommend Dr. Kulkarni to anyone looking.

Quiet & very nice demeanor. He's the only doctor actually helping me at this point & cares about what I'm dealing with. He's caring nice & knowledgeable. If you have questions he will answer them no issue. He listens & understands. Pleaseure dealing with.

I been coming to the doctor for over 7 year. Dr sharad kulkarni is a good doctor and he always help me with my issues. And he also helped my child when he was a kid and half of his adult life. I would recommend anyone who is having any issues with life. He is always available. And he really cares about his patients.

First, the receptionist is very unhelpful and rude. I was trying to find a child psychiatrist to see my teenage son. They cancelled an appointment and then with this recent appointment, the receptionist called less than an hour prior to tell me how much it would cost with the insurance and that I had to pay cash only. I was driving in from Orange. Had already left work and there was not enough time to get the cash. I told her this and she said that they would not see my son without payment first

Worst experience ever. We had to wait 1 ½ hours to see him. Then when we met him, his hygiene was of a homeless person. He was very impersonal and the only question he asked was if my son felt sad. This doctor had multiple HIPPA violations. He had patient notes sprawled out open all over the floor. His door is paper-thin and people in the waiting lobby can hear most of his conversation. The secretary was checking her voicemail via speakerphone and everyone in the lobby could hear.

I saw this doctor after waiting 2 months to get in and my experience with him left me in tears and with more anxiety than I originally had! I came in for depression and anxiety and I poured my heart out to him hoping that he could help me. He cut me off while in the middle of trying to explain my symptoms and how badly I needed help because I was up front and honest about my past addiction to pain meds and he refused to treat me because of it! I felt judged...if i was trying to score "drugs" why

Dr. Kulkarni is only available in Katy one week out of the month. Appointments are extremely overbooked--being able to see the Dr. within a half hour of appointment time is rare. Office staff does not communicate well between offices. Appointments are rushed and the Dr. uses patient time in office to review the patient's chart. Dr. Kulkarni only gives about thirty seconds of eye contact to the patient in a five minute consultation. I guess he's fine if all you need is a prescription refill.

The office is very disorganized, with patient files just thrown (literally) in a pile in the corner of the room. We waited 1.5 hours after our appointment time to be seen. The doctor never asked for any medical records. He did not ask about my son's symptoms. When I told him we were looking for someone to manage his prescription, he just said, I will prescribe. Then he wrote us a prescription for the wrong medication, and a fairly high dosage! It was a total waste of time and money!
