Dr. Kulkarni has been great for the years that I have seen him. After the initial thorough diagnosis, follow up appoints are brief but not rushed. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and always tries to help you in the best way possible. Appointments are easy to schedule, but prepare to wait for 20 or so minutes after your scheduled appointment to see the doctor if you're scheduled towards the middle or end of the day because people do arrive late or no-show, which has a domino effect.
Dr. Kulkarni is very easy to talk to and genuinely cares for his patients well being. I would recommendy him to someone looking for a psychiatrist in the Katy area.
Doctor Kulkarni has been a God-Send for me and my family. I entrust my well-being only to him. It is very hard to find compassionate, intelligent, and dedicated doctor's offices that are willing to accommodate busy parents. Not once has this office failed me, in fact, they surprise me every month by all of their courteous reminders and fast service(compared to other Dr offices). I can sleep at night, knowing I have a good Doctor that cares for my health and well-being. That, is all I need.~Jose
Dr Kulkarni is an excellent doctor, also very caring and kind. His receptionist is also so nice and I enjoy walking in knowing I'll be greeted by her with a big smile every time.

Excellent experience every time! I would recommend Dr. Kulkarni to anyone! He is kind, understanding, makes you feel comfortable and very professional. I've been seeing him for a few years, and he has always cared about how I'm doing and always listens. The staff has always been very helpful in squeezing me in for an appointment. But he is a great Dr, and has dramatically helped me improve my life ! I have no issues coming to see him.
