Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy

Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, I felt informed when I left Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Somewhat, they eventually called me back Was this chiropractor's staff friendly? Yes

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Was this provider's office clean? It could have used some cleaning Does this provider give unbiased advice? No. I didn't trust their motives. Are you going to visit this provider again? Only if I couldn't find a better substitute

Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible Was this provider's office clean? It could have used some cleaning Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite Were the staff members able to answer your questions? The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Not satisfied, but not unhappy
