I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. I scheduled post-surgery lymphatic drainage massage and initially spoke with Yuly, who immediately recommended a 1.5-hour session for $200, requiring 100% prepayment via Zelle. Since I was coming from out of state and was referred by the surgical office, I trusted the recommendation and prepaid $200. In Miami, I was referred to Kuidarte for post op massage and from the first call Yuly was very thorough and explained what the process was going to be. I started with her the first two sessions and the other sessions were with Valentina. They both did an excellent job and the results speak for itself. When I scheduled my cosmetic surgery, the only thing I didn't have ready was who would provide me with the post-operative care, so that they could assess the state of the tissues, which are altered after surgery.
