We visited yesterday searching for my BFFs dream dress. We were BLOWN away! Top-notch customer service with a staff that went above and beyond. They pulled dress after dress and genuinely tried to help us find THE one. Never once lost their patience or seemed irritated, gave honest feedback, and they were genuinely excited for our us when our bride made her selection. You guys!! This place is amazing! My dad was told by a coworker that we had to check out Kuhn's for my wedding dress. I had shopped at two other stores in Kenton and Rocky River. Kuhn's had such a great selection of dresses! They were so welcoming and friendly. Every dress I tried on they made me feel so comfortable. I ended up purchasing my dress for less than half of what I had figured in my budget!! The ladies were so wonderful! Thank you Kuhn's Bridal!!
Absolutely wonderful! This was an amazing experience! Kay and all the ladies made me feel welcome the minute we walked in the door. They were sweet, kind, helped pick out styles that would fit me best, never rushed us, and made me feel stunning! I would recommend Kuhn's to anyone!
The ladies were very helpful and polite and encouraging! I literally picked my dress out in less than 15 mins! They encouraged me to slow down and enjoy the memory of picking out a dress and even though I'm a bigger girl, they were very supportive about my confidence and to look at myself in the mirror when I was too shy to. I wish I actually would of not rushed myself and let them pamper me for a second! Amazing place! Beautiful Dresses! Amazing prices! I literally just paid under $100 for my wedding gown!!!
Just bought my wedding dress yesterday from kuhns and I absolutely love it.. the customer service was wonderful and prices are great!! I recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful and affordable dress :)
I went to Davids bridal and a few other stores. I wasn't impressed. I was welcomed as soon as I came through the door! The lady walked me through everything. She told me to pick out the dresses I like. After trying on those I went back for round two. This time she picked out a few also. The dress I walked out of there with that day was actually a dress SHE picked out! I was in LOVE! They were so nice and helpful... ��
