This is the best bridal shop experience that I had. I enjoy the fact that they let me pick and choose what I could try on and then assisted me when needed but still left it up to me. I found my dress there after going to four or five different shops and this was by far the best customer service I had it in any of them. I recommend going here for any bridal or prom needs. After going to David's bridal twice, and not having a good experience, I knew I had to find somewhere else. When I pulled in to kuhns, I was a little worried because it didn't look like a bridal shop, however, I was SHOCKED when I walked in to see sooooo many dresses. The young girl I worked with (wish I remembered her name) was AWESOME. She was so patient with me and helped me try on about 12 dresses, not once did she seem frustrated (not even after lacing up multiple corset backs!). 5 STARS!!!!!!! We bought my daughters wedding dress here. Drove 1 1/2 to get there. Well worth it. We had been to two other bridal shops and were very discouraged at that point not being able to find anything liked and something that was under 1000.00. We found my daughters dress on the first visit. So many dresses to choose from. It was a hard choice with so many to chose from. Wonderful people. Can’t say enough about this place and there prices bet anyone. Thank you for the great experience.
Needed an emergency dress for a friend's wedding and although I'm over 40, I didn't want something that looked matronly. The staff listened and just 2 dresses later, I was out the door with dress and shoes to match.
The ladies were so helpful and there were so many bridal gowns to try on! We had a blast and I found the perfect dress! I would definitely recommend this place.
