RecommendedBest Wild Game Processing hands down. Guy’s are always nice and helpful and most remember you from year after year. Jalapeño Smoked Sausage and Salami are hands down best around. Happy Hunting!
In last few months I have taken Axis, Pere David, Red stag all fantastic no issues, then i took Nilgai that had two back straps double the size of the stag abd two tenderloins double the size of the stag i received 6 packages of backstrap and one pack of tenderloins off a 750-800lb animal yet the double that from 400-450 stag. I have called and left messages tonight. Verdict is out but they either kept some of the strap and tenderloin from the Nilgai or they failed to give wife all the boxes. Sausage links horrible. Tasted like nasty meat that wasn’t taken care of. The deer I dropped off was very clean. Got a couple different styles of link sausage they are so nasty I’m Throwing them out

Great processor in Dallas proper. They have a huge staff, so your not getting batch processed meat. Every animal is kept separate, and processed separately. Staff is very friendly as eager to help unload, rinse your cooler.
Great place, went there for the first time wasn't sure what to do, told the guy behind the counter he was super nice and help me out AAA ++++
Epic! Great service and unmatched sausage
I like the product. Got smoked link sausage and link breakfast sausage. I dislike the packaging. My order was bagged in 5# bags and the links were frozen together. The bag is twist tied closed. I have used other processors who vacuum seal the meat. Easier to use and seals the meats so it lasts longer without freezer burns.
