As far as the equipment I bought. It works great. However making online payments to these people is boarder line impossible. I had it set up to take my payments from my savings account. The first two- three payments came back saying insufficient funds. Not true. Called my bank verified accounts were full. Kept getting phone calls saying its late. Called many times to Kubota to straighten out. Today received letter on mail saying payment is late when in reality I paid it 2 days early. Letter states insufficient funds again. C... read more

Tractor has less then 400 hrs. on it and the fuel injector pump went out. And this is not under warranty? Your selling promises you don't keep!!! 7 years? Your full of it!!! No star for this equipment !! But I had to leave at least one!!

Purchased a BX1870 Compact Tractor from ***'s Tractor in 2017. Nearly immediately noticed condensation in the instrument panel. I reported to ***'s, including photos. *** said they'd report to Kubota. Never heard back. Surprise, Surprise, hear we are today, and the instrument panel has completely failed. Tractor garaged when not is use. Very disappointed.

Bought a new Kubota LX2610 in December (2021) received the tractor in February minus the backhoe, texted the salesman the week of 5/9/22 & again week of 5/16/22, no reply, called the dealer to learn salesman left the business, talked to someone else, they looked it up & see that the backhoe was ordered 12/30/21, NO DELIVERY DATE IN SITE. Kubota GR **** riding mower. Gear box defect, box has leak from the breather plug from day 1. Dealer repaired twice and replaced 3rd time. First 2 times shaft seal replaced was not the problem as I had informed them. Third time rep listen and found out that it was the breather plug and replaced unit. New unit leaking same place to much pressure in the box pushing oil out of breather as designed to do.The Kub field rep *** claims using 00 grease a much thicker grease will solve the issue. In this case the machine is operating as designed. The breather's purpose is to vent excessive pressure in the gearbox and prevent the gearbox from expanding and damaging the seals. Under certain operating conditions, such as the machine being operated on a slope, oil can move to one side of the case and come out of the vent. This is the intended operation of this vent and a new tractor or gearbox will function the exact same way. The service and support are non existent. Kubota USA will not assist with any issues suggesting you contact a Kubota dealer. The dealer won't do any warranty work on my tractor without instructions from Kubota USA. I have had my machine in for warranty service for three months and it is still not repaired.

Disgusting company.I purchased a new piece of equipment almost 2 years ago.It has been in for warranty repairs multiple times.
