We recently purchased an RTV-X1140 utility vehicle. We've had a few issues with unit and have tried working with the dealer we purchased it from after contacting Kubota directly. Kubota's initial response regarding the performance issues was laughable...not our problem...contact the dealer. They took no responsibility. I had my tractor repaired at Kubota of ******. They made a mistake but tried placing the blame on me. After an extensive transmission repair the tractor failed within an hour of use. When the tractor was returned, they drained the oil then claimed brass filings were found indicating I wore out the clutch pack. I also found several loose and missing bolts, loose linkage and misadjusted linkage. The tractor was taken to their parent facility in Springdale. I bought a Kubota baler have had it for 2 ******* now still has warranty the piece of equipment is not holding up. Kubota dealers cant get parts cant figure out what the problem is wont get it fixed in a timely manner no service at all now am forced to go out and buy a different brand just to get my ****** jobs done and my own ****** done so I dont have to buy feed on top of that for my livestock would never recommend anyone buying

I purchased an insurance policy with my kubota excavator and it was for the full 60 months of the loan , I damaged the machine and turned in a claim. This was submitted within a month of the payoff. **** sent me a letter informing me the that the policy would expire on 11/20/23. The denied the claim saying it was paid off early. I made a final overpayment to Kubota finance over a month ago, I have called every week sometimes twice a week only to be lied to about my returned payment! DO NOT PURCHASE A KABOTA FROM KABOTA FINANCIAL! I have proof that the check was cashed for ****** and they will not give me when it was mailed or the check number of the returned payment!

I have read and heard that their larger tractors are good machines, but I'll never own one after owning my GR2120 lawn tractor. The number of design flaws and parts problems I've had with this machine in the 8 years I've owned it are ridiculous. Parts just randomly break, mower blades come loose, My machine has just under 500 hours on it, and I've spent, in parts alone for repairs, not counting meticulous maintenance stuff, is well over a thousand dollars, and probably closer to 2. I bought at least 10 kubota items and I still can't get good service at any of the kubota dealerships ,my mx5800 was in the shop for 8 weeks just to get the injectors replaced, they are in any hurry unless you are buying a new unit
When we were ready to pay off the loan, I was told by an employee that we should wire the payment, and given all the wrong info to do so. The wire got returned... minus the $40 that got taken out for the 2 wires, back and forth. We are also out the original $20 wire fee which was altogether un necessary to begin with. On the next business day, we successfully paid it off on the phone for free. I have waited on hold for hours to speak to a supervisor....no one came.
