I called KTM at 7:30 am this morning, because my double garage door had gotten jammed when a cable came off of its spool and I had attempted to force it closed. Their service technician, TIM arrived by 10:10 am and fixed the problem about 40 minutes later. He had to straighten the track and make a lot of very skilled adjustments to the track and the door.
