I was very impress with the whole experience from the office to Maya who did the testing patiently explaining every step an d Dr Pizio who took the time t explain the testing results and reassure me of what expect.
Dr. Pizio's made me feel at ease and earned my trust with her kind and patient demeanor. Her staff were respectful and professional. Another Dr. wanted me to schedule cataract surgery right away. But, Dr. Pizio assured me there was no hurry. My tests showed my eyesight was still quite good, and I didn't need surgery yet. I made an appt to see her again in six months. It's rare to find a surgeon who does not rush you into surgery. When I do need cataract surgery, Dr. Pizio will be the one to do it.
Staff were very nice.
I was initially referred by my doctor, Dr Andrew Kwong to Dr. Ksenia Stafeeva due to corneal issue. Dr Stafeeva is so straight to the point and I admire her for that. She did a thorough examination of my eyes and explained everything to me as she was doing them. I had a really good experience with Dr. Stafeeva. I'll be going back to see her for a follow up soon and I will do an update but so far I could say that I admire Dr Stafeeva for her exceptional knowledge and ministration. Phone staff were very helpful in setting up an appointment one week out. Staff who tested my eyes were excellent - friendly and efficient, explaining and moving quickly. Dr. Pizzio walked me through the surgery options and helped me decide on which lens for my cataract surgery. Very positive experience.

Was referred to Dr. Pizio by my longtime & trusted optometrist for cataracts. Very satisfied with the surgeries & care provided. Dr. Pizio is caring, knowledgeable, professional, & calming. Her offices are run well & the staff is professional, knowledgeable, & courteous. Very grateful for the referral & outcome.
My only complaint was waiting over 40 minutes past my appointment time
