Beware, I took my handsome black lab to be boarded last week end for the first and after having home with me for less than 24 hours he started coughing. After rushing to the vet. It was confirmed that he was infected with kennel cough. Now he is on antibiotics and has had blood work done to see if he was infected with anything else. Very disappointed. Staff was friendly but obviously facility is not as clean as they proclaim. Will not be back. May 4, 2016. J.Whitener
It cost twice as much as I expected because they did not explain that they charged an entire day if you didn't pick your furbaby up before 11:00. They don't open until 1:00 on Sunday so it is automatically a charge for two days if you leave them there Saturday. This should be explained to their customers. Also, my dog acted as though she had not had a drink of water the entire time she was there. The staff was very friendly and the place was clean. However, I will probably take my dog elsewhere next time.

I can assure you that the dogs have access to water 24 hours daily. We keep a clean water pail in their kennel and water outside at all times. Katherine and all her staff are the BEST!! We travel down for Antiques week in the spring & fall (although truth be told we're here almost two weeks) & we have Katherine take care of our puppies (10 & 12 yrs old!) & have for about 5 years now. I was very skeptical at first considering our dogs are our children! But, as they have gotten older we just couldn't bring them into the fields with us.
