My pre-op visit was excellent
I have always been greeted and seen in a professional and friendly manner. I have been a patient of Dr. Mcnicoll since 1989 as well as some family members.

The doctor lacked of sympathy and respect for one's sad emotions and feelings.
My doctor is caring, thoughtful, fully focused on me and what we are talking about. She is respectful and has a nice sense of humor, a steady-ness and maturity about her, is up-to-date on issues we talk about (aging and women). She makes me feel comfortable, safe, and she does not act rushed or distracted. Dr. McNichols has a nice presence and carries herself professionally in the best possible way. I feel lucky to have her. In fact, I am more comfortable with her than any primary physician I have had in my adult life.
None great service
As a new patient to this practice/provider - I was very impressed with the level of attention provided - I am happy to find a doctor I feel has genuine interest and an ability to explain everything in plain English to her patients.
