Courteous, knowledgeable and encouraging
Dr. McNicoll prescribed medication for my UTI but when the lab came back & indicated the strain was resistant to it she called & since I was out of town for a wedding she gave me her number to call in a local pharmacy once I arrived so treatment could be started at once. She texted me that it was submitted & it was ready for pickup first thing the next morning. I so appreciated her efforts on a Friday night to ensure I got on the more effective prescription ASAP.
