Burgers were cold. Took us 20 min to get our food. Staff was horrible. Clearly not doing their job. Manager was not around. As soon as manager returned everyones food was magically done in a few minutes, but the burgers had already sat so long they were cold. �
Experience rude attitudes every time we go, be prepared to wait at least 30 min in drive thru and get cold food, and if you ever need any condiments- be prepared to get the window slammed in your face and 1 packet of whatever you asked for and no more. The most greedy, disrespectful bunch of people I’ve ever experienced in a food chain. Never again!
The unprofessional the rude and I really believe that they should be fired or at least sent back to school so I can understand plain English and math I was charged for things that shouldn't be charted for and they left stuff off my food and my food was cold and when I went back about it five minutes later when I realized it she wanted it again and tell me that we charge for anything that's not playing so I really hope the lady at the drive-thru lose her job
The Cheese Krystals had hard buns, the Chili Cheese pups didn't even have the cheese melted. which means the shit was cold when you put the cheese on them. You're product sucks, won't waste my money again. I hope you all lose your Jobs. Pathetic!

Went Here Today With My Family. Cashier Malissia Was Very Rude . Rolling Her Eyes At Me Telling Me To Get The F**k Out Of The Store, She Didn't Care If She Lost Her Job And The Manager Did Nothing But Kept Saying Her Name And Shaking Her Head , We Definitely Will NOT Be Coming Back, And Ill Make It My Point To Make Sure You Both Loose Your Jobs. That Is Un Acceptable Especially In Front Of My 19 Month Old & My 6 Month Old.
