Horrible customer service
Whatever you do, do NOT go to Krystal in Griffin. I went through there last night to get us some food. When we started eating, the food tasted like STRAIGHT chemicals to the point that the taste of chemicals stayed in mouth for 20 minutes AFTER trashing it.. I called and spoke to the manager because I knew I couldn't go back last night after getting home. I got severe food poison from the chili.
This place needs to he shut down. every single time I go they are rude. 1st time I waited 30 min and received cold krystals. 2nd time attempt they told me I would have to wait 30 min for 24 krystals. I am now on my 3rd attempt, I called ahead to let them know I was about to come get 24 krystals. The guy i was talking to hung up on me. I had to wait an hour before I could get a second round of Krystal’s dining room nasty tables nasty there was a whole in the ceiling that was leaking the employee removed the wet floor sign too much playin and what they weren’t going to do and no one was getting any food out very disappointed left hungry paid for food that I couldn’t get they need to bulldoze that restaurant down
extremely slow , no customer service skills
Went to this restaurant at 150pm on sunday. took 10 minutes to put in order. Waited 19:47 for food. Burgers were cold as well as the fries. Alot of yelling from the counter to the back. Never visiting here again. This is my 3rd trip to this store here recently. Same results.
2000 year old fries, stale buns and the apple turnover i was give must have been found in the Egyptian pyramids..dont know why i still consider going to this store
