We had lunch there yesterday. Our order was to go. It took about 15 minutes to get the order. There wasn't a line ahead of us. We had the 12 Krystal burgers , 2 fries and drinks. We had an extra order of fries and and drink. The burgers were extremely greasy. If it had been an eat in order, I would have returned the burgers. I'll definitely check the order next time.

Well! To start off, only like five workers total, who obviously don't care. We ordered our food. The fries were cold and not salted and not fresh. We ordered junkyard fries, they gave us chili cheese fries. Which were cold and not fresh. Tasted reheated as well. It took 20 minutes to get some Krystal burgers. We sat in the hot sun for 20 minutes after they made us pull from one shaded side to the other. My mother is 69. When she asked for a receipt the worker said he didn't know anything about a receipt. She had to go in and get it herself. Horrible service!
I just went in for the first and last time. I didn't even order food after I saw the ladies' restroom. Nasty and unsafe! I'm sure they have no hygiene in the kitchen if their bathroom is that bad.
Service from one employee here is awful. Always talking down to people and just very rude. I will not come back to this location and waste my money. I will pick another restaurant to eat at next time I come to Gardendale.
I love this location, always get good food and friendly service, today is the first time I've had a problem, ordered Krystal chicks and chili cheese fries and the chicks came out really nasty and burned, my husband asked if they could remake them, turns out the last shift hadn't replaced the grease yet and that was the problem.
