And service. Took way to long food was nasty . Bun on burger wet as if you dip it in was . Waited to I put around to tell me shake machine wasn’t working. I leave it at that .

this location needs new management or needs to shut down. food is hardly ever hot or fresh. very disappointing more times than not

my friend and I just ordered from here, we get home with our food to find what looks like a piece of a hair clip in my ranch fries. def wont be back here 🤢🤢
After waiting over 5 mins for my order to be taken, our food was cold and very old. We got one thing and then waited a min or two got another part of our order and so on until we got it all and then I had to wait another ten mins for my milkshake. This is a terrible place and I wouldn’t recommend anyone coming here.
I had a horrible experience there today with a cashier who was very rude and confrontational when all I wanted was a refund. Need to be trained better with customer service.
Cashier was very friendly first iff. But crystals were kind of cold and cheese wasn't melted. Heard staff in kitchen area using foul and then one member was talking about cussing out some girls boyfriend and having nobremorse if he had to. I had my 7 year old so it wasn't a very pleasant visit.
