I love Krystal especially their chilli I think they have the best chilli!!!
Walked in and the place was cold as a morgue, people was very nice but Frys and the bacon burgers were cold and bacon was old. Bad experience.

I am always rather disappointed in this location, as my order is normally incorrect. Today is the March 16 promotion for $0.59 krystals all day until midnight. This location will not honor it even though it is on the Facebook page. Even though my family lives in Hueytown we probably won't be back. They are consistently inconsistent and offer poor service.
Nasty I only ate there one time since I quit working there and fries were so bad grease nasty like 10 days from cleaning ...cold burgers hard so I will drive to hoover instead of eati g there ......rudest peo ple in the world manager never helps employees and I can see why they are so bad no leaderahip need to lock doors !!!!
