By treating customer with respect. Purchased a 12 pk large soda and fried, ask for a water cup so that i could divide the soda between my 2 grands, the lady gave me a cup and i poured half the soda from one cup into the other. Employee at the window was nice enough but I ordered the 5 cheese Krystal combo that comes with chili cheese fries only to get two chili cheese dogs instead of the fries.
Again you have failed. No onions on a krystal? Really? Did y'all run out or something?
The food was cold the cashier didn't even want to give us any napkins .overall I would not go back it's bad enough out here dealing with your own tough job I don't wanna get off mine and go to the next with problems no thanks !!!
so tonight i went to krystal's in hueytown order a regular #1 add cheese, i waited 20 minutes for my food my friend finished her food before i sat down to eat. i went up there not only once, not twice but THREE TIMES. first time it wasn't the right order second time it had mayo and no cheese and the third time no cheese at all. i waited a total of 45 minutes for 4 krystal's and some frys, when i went to get my refund not only was she rude but she told me i never asked for cheese so i respectfully just left. my advise is i wo... read more
