i would not go to this krystals it spread s lies about there costomers
Its cool in there. Twice in 6 months I've purchased coffee. Once I asked the cashier to half ways fill the cup with water because it was hot fresh coffee and she had time. She was nice enough to walk to the dispenser and refill my cup with nothing but coffee. She just didn't comprehend because she was trying to hard. The employees make appropriate conversation and are friendly. I didn't get service once because I was there at 6a.m. but everyone was awake and ready to work.
My boyfriend, friend, and I have spent 2 days sick with food poisoning. Make sure to check the meat on the food! Definitely won't be going back. Not to mention, I always have terrible service here.
My kids and I love Krystal burgers and fries, but I hate going there! This particular store at Summer and Sandridge needs to hire a better night manager or honest employees. I have been over-charged for orders, short-changed on others, and ordered three large fries and got two med fries instead. I have never experienced the slowest (fast food) service in my life. The first time I went I waited in the drive thru 25 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me, never receiving the food because I drove off. This time I went in because I see the same little boy at the window and he was at the front counter also. As he is how my I help you 5 minutes after walked in. The service is just horrible. They will never get my business again.
It's Krystal, so you kind of know what you're getting. They being said, the location is quite convenient. The service is often pretty terrible though; frequently have to wait for them to make Krystal burgers at peak times.
This is a great Krystal location! Food is good and service is fast and friendly. Prices are not bad either.
I have never experienced a problem at this Krystal location! The line moves quickly and orders are prepared correctly.
Wouldn't let me give neg. Waited (along with 5 others) over 30 min ea for orders. Mgr insist it is procedure to only fill 1 order at time & he must personally handle & deligate all orders. If u ask to speak to mgr he refuses & sends someone out to agrue with you (not listen or correct your complant, just straight up argue). If u continue & demand to get mgr he will stop everything going on in back of house to come out & show "his authority " very argumentative & condescending to customers.
