There seems to be an on going problem with this location. One month ago I stopped at this same location. After standing in line for 15 minutes to place my order, I was informed that there was a shift change. I would have to wait longer. When the shift change did take place, the employee realised she had not clocked in and had to do so. She then claimed she didn't know how to clock in.
