Waited 10 minutes from paying till I finally went inside to see where food was. Place is always a disaster. I was just happy this time someone actually took my order

Merrill Rd. One person in front of me and took 20 minutes to get his order. 10 more minutes my order. Wrong sandwich of course and the biscuit was undercooked. Never going back. Will get them Georgia.
I don’t recommend this place. There are a lot of racist comments made made and both of these’s girls think it is ok to talk to people any kind of way? Nope I’m going to to a restaurant that isn’t so racist and dumb at the same time. Never heard of that before today. And they wonder why they work in fast foods all their life
Just ordered through the Krystal for pickup. When I got there, was told they were out of shakes. I checked my order and they had failed to give me my chili. I asked for the chili and was told they were out of that as well. When I asked for my money back, I was told they didn’t reimburse and I have to get my money back through the app. I asked for the corporate # and store #. Was told 1 800 KRYSTAL. Called and that is a disconnected line. So I’m out 5 bucks and no one to contact. Be warned.
Horrible chilli had baked beans in it. Bacon was burnt. Very unsatisfied. Couldn’t take it back was on my break at the hospital.
I placed an online order 40 mins ahead of pick up and had to wait another 30 mins for me food. Then was told that their shake machine was not working and i’ll need to contact the online app for a refund. I wasn’t offered anything else but i suggested a drink instead even though it was $3 cheaper. The nasty mouth lady was very rude. In line over an hour. Was told the grill was down because they had just completed a huge order. An hour and a half later they said again it would be 25 minutes.
Rude employee with missing teeth, saw 2 rats come out of back door they were huge
