These guys are so kind and caring. My son bought me a pair of REI Binoculars as a gift. Not sure how but one of the eye cups got lost along with the lense protectors. (Grandkids most likely) Searched online for replacement parts and read a blog that mentioned Kruger Optical in Oregon. Spoke with a young man named Chris (super helpfull) and within a few days he had the parts I needed in my hands!
