Sitting here looking at a 1.5-5 that I bought hoping it would be Ok for my wifes AR-15 as a plinker. bought it several years ago.. and i found it tossed in the safe last week. This P.O.S would not hold a zero at all. And trying to get it zeroed was a waste of perfectly good ammo. I have been shooting for a minute.. (read 50 odd years) I know how to work a scope. this thing didn't evn work for a day. waste of hard earned money.

I was pleased that Kruger, the maker of my excellent REI 8 x 42 binoculars, was able to repair a damaged eyepiece. They were very responsive and fast. I look forward to using them again, since they have the great advantage of being able to see through them while wearing glasses or sunglasses.

Very much appreciate Chris Rojo of Kruger who was kind enough to ship out to me replacement lens caps in time for a three week safari in southern Africa. It's great to have a firm stand behind its gear this way. Bill O'C. 3/27/19

I had purchased some small binoculars a while back from REI in Anchorage, Alaska. While on a recent work trip to Nome a piece that covered the optics fell off the binoculars and I was advised by REI that they were made by Kruger Optical in Portland, Oregon and that I would have to deal with them directly. I made contact with Chris Rojo a very friendly customer service technician that represents that company very well and offered to fix the binoculars for free, due to the fact that REI refused to warranty the product. I needed replacement eye cups for my REI brand binoculars, made by Kruger. Chris Roco was great to deal with. I sent him pictures of the binoculars to make sure he was sending me replacements for the correct model. They arrived a few days later at no charge. Couldn't ask for better service.

Chris Rojo in customer service at Kruger Optical was very responsive and conscientious in meeting my need for replacement eye-cups for my REI binoculars. (In years past, Kruger made them for REI.) And at no charge. This required two attempts, since the first set sent to me was lost in the shipping process. Chris immediately sent a second set, but this time by first class mail. Chris was a fine ambassador both for Kruger and for REI.

I had an old pair of West Marine coastal binoculars not manufactured in many years. When I needed to replace the lens caps, I called Kruger and they were able to send everything I needed straight away. Very happy I made that phone call.

I recently contacted Kruger Optical to get replacement lens covers for two binoculars I had purchased at West Marine. One of these binos was no longer being sold. Nonetheless, Chris from Kruger, immediately mailed out replacements at no charge! I'm so impressed with the speed and quality of the Kruger support team.

Great service. I had a pair of REI binoculars that needed work on the eye cups. Chris was very responsive and had my nocs back to me in less than a week. Great work!
