Booked online, received a confirmation through email when I booked, also a text 24 hours before my appointment. They had a summer promo that the online booking didn't seem to take the code but person at the front desk kindly added it to my appointment, 20 dollars off and a few extras. Arrived 10 minutes early, they took my vehicle right in. Came back an hour later when they said it would be done and it was! Doesn’t answer phone
This is the fourth year I've had my current vehicle undercoated at Krown and I always find them great to work with. I would have given five stars, but their online booking system is not so wonderful. Though I'd booked my appointment through their online portal more than a month ago, when I arrived at the appointed time, they had no record of the online booking. Worst Service I have ever received. Spoke to Pierre prior to booking, and discussed an issue he said he was aware with my model of car. The undercoating went well. Pierre from Krown told me I was good to go. Two months later the undercoating destroyed my fuel pressure sensor. I call Krown to discuss the issue and see if we could come up with a reasonable solution, instead Pierre denied everything saying that I have no proof and Krown's Product won't damage vehicles.
