The service people doesn’t care about the customers. I brought a new car for rust control and I wasn’t aware of drilling holes into the car. They didn’t inform me about drilling holes on the car, I came home and shocked to see that they have drilled multiple holes on a new car. Careless service. Worst decision ever.
Having great service done for three years at Krown Bridgewater on my truck I decided to go to Robie Street to save the long drive! What a nightmare this turned out to be! Bridgewater location would take two hours on each visit for rust control.They were very courteous and meticulous throughout! I had two vehicles booked at Robie Street to be sprayed. Booked online, received a confirmation through email when I booked, also a text 24 hours before my appointment. They had a summer promo that the online booking didn't seem to take the code but person at the front desk kindly added it to my appointment, 20 dollars off and a few extras. Arrived 10 minutes early, they took my vehicle right in. Came back an hour later when they said it would be done and it was!
