Food was good but paying over $6 for 8 onion rings is absolutely ridiculous!!! And you would think the waitress should at least check on your table once!! Not today!! :( very disappointed with Krolls!!!!!
This is my dad's favorite restaurant! Anytime we are in the area we always eat here. Great food and with the Lambeau Field experience!
Food was excellent! Fairly priced. But service was horrible. Waitress rushed us to order, never checked on us, I had to get up and get my bill and get a to go box. And we are from Indiana and we tip very well, the waitress messed up big time. We did not leave her a tip because she didn't deserve it!
Excellent food.Terrible service.We didnt get our drinks until are food came.The lady at the check out walked passed several times,as did servers and never asked how our food was.If they didnt have good food i with out a doubt wouldn't return!
We're not from the area and we wanted to try something new. BIG MISTAKE!! Our waitress was awful. The food took 45 minutes plus to get to us. We HATE complaining at restaurants, but this was an exception. Manager wasn't a whole lot better. PLEASE DON'T GO TO THIS RESTAURANT! YOU WILL REGRET IT!
Went for fish and was the worst fish I ever ate. I will never eat here again
Took 10 minutes to clear off previous customers mess, another 20 to come back to take our order. Then 45 minutes later someone else shows up with food. Nobody showed up to check on our drinks. Then, Only 2 of the 5 orders were correct. When we said something about it the waiter just stared at us like he was right and we didn't know what we ordered. Butter Burgers and Chili with Noodles. Only thing that keeps bringing me back.
Didnt find it to live up to the hype :( Shakes don't seem to be home made just syrup burgers didn't taste that well (to me and my wife at least) have hade better onion rings and nothing special about the fries . It does have a unique service style tho .
