Burger cold. Butter not melted. Overall crappy food. I guess it's game day.
Sat there for 30 minutes without recognition from any staff, tried to flag them down multiple times. Decided to leave without any food or service. Have never been more disappointed and frustrated....
Would have a higher review if the price wasn't so high. Sometimes my burgers are basically charcoal and other times they're the best in the bay.
Food was great as usual! But, the service was not good. We waited about 10 minutes after pushing the button for someone to take our order then had to ask where it was after 30 minutes! They never returned to the table to refill waters or anything.
$70 for chili and burgers is just insane. Doest even taste like I remember
Rude waitress, cold fries, cold onion rings, burgers were good. The waitress never informed us of extra charges for lettuce and tomato on the burger. She also never told us of extra charge for ranch dressing. I asked if I could substitute onion rings for fries in my basket. She said yes but didn't tell me I would get charged $6.50 for the onion rings! When I got the bill and complained to the manager I was told "you ate it so you are not getting any price adjustment. Average food! Nothing special! The perch looked about the size of smelt and they forgot my coleslaw!
The food was great the service was not! The server just laid the ticket on the table after delivering the food! Never once came back to check on us! In fact the server from another section came and checked us out!
Our band, FBI and the Untouchable Horns, played at Kroll's West on November 6. We were treated with respect by everyone that worked there. Impressive! The food is delicious! It was a wonderful time. It's our hope we can play there again next year. What a positive experience!
