I stopped in with my wife after not visiting for quite sometime. I enjoyed the bowl of chicken dumpling soup but was not happy with the Big K burger that was not very big for being a 1/2 pound patty. I asked for "everything" and cheese but only got cheese on a crusty flat bun and dry patty. I will not recommend that choice for anyone who asks for my opinion.
After messing my pick up order up, I was offered credit for the price of the sandwich I paid for and they failed to give me. The manager was rude in her responses and could care less they messed the order up. Never again will I eat here
We do like the food. But when we went in a few days ago we ordered 4 burgers and 2 of the loaded tator tots. Our food took almost an hour to come out. The people that sat behind us and came in 20 minutes after we placed our order, received their food at the same time we did. The burgers were made wrong and on top of that my burger was also burnt. Awesome burgers and fried curds. I eat there when I visit my inlaws. Too bad there ain't a Krolls in Dayton, Ohio.
Best butter burgers in town! Lambeau field and Krolls go hand in hand if you go to one you've got to go to the other!! Booyah is delicious!
Went on a Saturday it was fairly quiet when we first arrived but within 15 minutes the place really filled up. Had a simple order, 2 hamburgers and a large fry, a bowl of dumpling soup and mash potatoes and ordered two cheeseburgers and a large fry to go. Our waitress was pleasant and took our order quickly. Kroll's has always been my "go to place" for a burger. Not any more. Got served a warmed-over burger (must have been made for lunch and now it's 6 p.m.). Paid $2.50 for a coffee with no refills. The waitress would rather have been out with her boyfriend. So sad to be crossing this place off my list.

Disappointed. I got the asian salad. Very skimpy for large..the small must have been a piece of lettuce. I ordered tuna on it, silly me expecting a nice succulent chunk of tuna. Got a few strips of dry tuna...so sad. We ordered beer when we ordered the meal. Had to remind he second guy that brought the meal. The first guy was wandering around carrying a tray like he was totally lost. My huband said his bluegill meal was good. I seriously don't know how you handle a game day crowd. So sad. Nice place.
