Worse service in Green Bay...very over priced and every time we go there the chili tastes different. Not even worth the drive across town anymore. They never apologize for anything .So if they don't care about losing a customer then I don't care to go back... problem solved.
Average food, higher prices, mediocre service, older decor
So sorry to see the bad reviews, we have been coming for 50+ years when we are in the area! It is A DESTINATION! Never once have had a bad waitstaff experience! �������
Mediocre service. Disinterested. Short. Mildly lazy... asked for ranch... response was "you want me to get it now?" Didn't appear to pay much attention to orders as half were wrong. Check was messed up - over charged, but it was promptly fixed. Shocking thing was... this was not a drunk packer crowd on a sunday pregame... it was monday afternoon for lunch. With that said... and despite the incorrect toppings... the burgers were delish and beer selection was excellent... hence the 3 stars... not 1.
Overpriced go to the East side more size choices and cheaper for the same food. Used to be an affordable place to go and visit often. Food is good, and the people are nice. It shouldn't cost 30 for 2 people when you can get a better meal elsewhere.
RecommendedIt is always as I remember it. I have eaten in all Krolls' restaurants: Main Street across from Baum's department store, Krolls East(always late at night after high school dances), and Krolls West. I even parked outside of Krolls East all night after a semi-formal dance. Jim Nys was driving and there were two others in the car.
WAY too expensive for the quality you get. Waitress brought our food, left the bill, and never came back. I needed a refill, and the cauliflower buds were half-cooked. Mozzarella sticks were small and also undercooked, the marinara was awful. Just overall a bad experience. I grew up in Green Bay so I know how good Krolls used to be...prices keep going up and quality keeps going down. Won't be going back...
Took a freind, Dmitriy Solodov , from Moscow here yesterday to taste a bit of Wisconsin before he went back home. He loved the burger and Booyah!
Truly awesome experience on our trip to Green Bay. Ate and watched college football on Saturday. Don the bartender was great. Burgers were great. Came back in the morning before the Packers game and hung out outside. Will definitely come back!
