Excellence food as always. But were five minutes from leaving because of horrible service. Finally went to the bar for our drinks because we sat for 45 minutes waiting to be served. And the place was not busy.
I love the food. But the customer service is HORRIBLE. Maybe some new waiters and waitresses that actually smile? Or simply do their jobs.

I had a fish sandwich and it wasn't even on a play was wrapped in wax paper with ton of tartar sauce the chicken dumpling soup was not that great either I heard so many good things about this place I'm really disappointed maybe I'll give it a chance next time I come to Green Bay and order something else
Love the burgers and the toasted hamburger buns. Chippers and vadelia onion dip is very good!
They generally don't stick to their own hours!!!!!

This was my first time here. All I had been told is this is the best burger around. For me, this did not live up to the hype. The burger was ok. There was just a big slab of butter in the middle of it that never melted. I ended up just taking it out. The service was horrible. The waiter never came back to see how our meal was, if we needed soda refills, I even had to go to the counter to ask for a take home box for my cheese curds.
