We were just at Krolls west had very poor service ordered the chili which we had many time before and likes it and this time it was full of grease I dumped mine out on a saucer in order to eat it but still was not good even when I put my crackers in it my husband couldn't eat it because even when he dumped the grease out on his saucer (which filled the saucer) he couldn't eat it because he still had a lot of grease when we told the waitress about it she mumbled something and walked away. Been a fan of Krolls for over 20 years, still go there whenever I'm in town, but unfortunately, not anymore!!! I decided to take my family there for a reunion, there were 9 of us, turned out very bad. We enjoyed the food, but the incompetent server took my credit card, walked around the restaurant with it and brought it back with a piece of paper, told me it was taken care of.
