I only left one star because this was the lowest rating I could give. I waited in line at the pharmacy pickup in MIddlesboro, Ky. for over thirty minutes. When I finally got to pull into the window they literally pulled the curtain down in my face. I was looking the number up to call and ask for a manager when a young man came out of the store. To who it may concern, I am filing this complaint against the Kroger Company because they charged me for the same transaction twice and I have been waiting for them to reimburse me since the 3rd of October 2023. Every time I speak with someone they say 3 to five more business days. I wish I didn't have to select a star! 0.0 rating! Kroger.com is a scam! They offer coupons and then after delivery they don't apply. Even before placing the order you chat with the agent and they tell you after delivery is made the coupon will reflect the final total. Delivery is made, minimum spend is met, and no coupon is deducted. You can chat, you can call, and escalate the issue 2 supervisors above and their solution is... to issue a reward! switched getting my insulin under ******** Part B from ********* to Kroger because ********* was making it so hard with made up rules that ******** confirmed were not rules. So I started with Kroger. They, however, said their billing system can not see ******** Supplement plans so I would have to pay the $118 deductible and then after the claim was processed through ******** and my ****** Supplement, they would refund the money. I was shopping at the Kroger store **** ******* **, Bedford, TX 76021 on Oct 13/2023.One of Kroger store employees stopped me and told me that thier store was doing a special on Kroger's ,cards and it would help u save on gas and food. This store advertises prices on a printed sign and then they upcharge at the register. Every single time I go in I have to make sure to take pictures of the advertised prices and I have to ask for corrections at the register. This store seemingly scams the public in this way.

Have been falsely advertising the price of Keystone light since June on their website. Store rings up 13.99 websites still advertised a sale price of 10.99.
