I have the Kroger delivery service. I accrued $35 worth of credit and was going to use it on my March 17th delivery order but it did not allow me on check out and was reassured by customer live chat that it would be taken off the final bill. March 17th deliver came and my delivery time was 8-9 pm. 9:30 came and no delivery. In live chat Dale said it would be 30 more minutes and gave another $10 credit for the inconvenience. While shopping at Kroger today 25 March 23, 9225 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, Tennessee, I observed an employee Stephanie talking to a co-worker. Stephanie was blocking half of the aisle with carts containing food that needed to be shelved with empty cardboard boxes. She had the other half of the isle blocked with open doors to the refrigerated storage display; however, Stephanie was not near the refrigerated storage display while talking to her co-worker. I recently went to Kroger to purchase some crab legs that were on sale. The associate weigh the crab legs out of a box where they were frozen with ice around them. They weigh 3 1/2 pounds, I asked what will be deducted for the ice and he informed me that he would take off 1/4 of a pound for the ice. He asked did I want them to stream them and I said yes. I shop at the Kroger's stores located at Collins Lane Blvd and Crossroads Blvd. in Northern Kentucky. On two different occasions, there were no carts to use at the Collins Lane location with thirty minutes left before they closed, and shoppers were told that no transactions would be allowed after 10p.m. at the Crossroads Blvd. location. That's bad business!

Kroger's has started using "Digital Coupons". The customer must scan the QR(?) Code with their Smart Phone in order to get the discount. Like most people on Social Security, I can't afford a Smart Phone. In effect, the discount is reserved for rich people. When I see a product that I want and it has a Digital Coupon, rather than pay full price, I protest against Kroger's discrimination policy against poor people by not buying the product. I did a Kroger Delivery on Friday March 10th. My delivery never got delivered. I have spent countless time and energy making phone calls to Kroger's Customer Service. A refund was issued last Friday. I never did receive the refund. The amount of money I paid for my food and the delivery never got refunded back to me. No to mention I had to go out and re purchase my food for my little boy. Beware of buying unstickered bulk sweet potatoes at Maxtown Westerville Kroger. Multiple times I have had checkout ring them up as much more expensive yams.

Kroger has gone downhill fast. Most of the stores are filthy. Kroger used to be my favorite grocery store but no longer. I will drive the extra mile to go to the ******which is always clean and has pleasant helpful staff. My specific complaint is with the Kroger located at 3618 Highway 138 in Stockbridge GA. Besides the filthy condition of this specific Kroger, there is a cashier named Makayla who is extremely rude to customers she is the number one reason I will never step foot in another Kroger. Kroger convinced me to try ordering my groceries for delivery directly through them. I understood that they have Instacart shoppers who handle it although it was more efficient. NOT! I've tried this twice. Each time my order was pushed to the next day even though my order was placed well within the order window. No one contacted me by text; I had no notice.
