Ralphs is no longer a good place as it used to be. Even customer service is rude and disrespectful. I was affronted by their staff (Maria) in produce department, in Burbank, CA branch. And then I complained about it through their web site. But nothing was done to resolve the issue. I think it's been over a month now. I've been shopping at ralphs and food for less for over 2 decades. And now I stopped shopping with any of their businesses... I don't trust kroger anymore.

I am done buying their brands, vegetables and fruit here in Grand Junction, CO. Sugar I have had to bring back full of bugs, produce already rotten before I even take it out to use the same day, while they advertise "Fresh for everyone," signs in their stores saying fresh fruit when it's anything but, misleading their community, etc. I like their canned Turkey but I spent a half hour trying to open that can with an electric can opener and a hand can opener and only got it open half way while my hand can opener pieces actuall... read more

I went to the store on 4/2/2023. I brought allot of items one of which was a very bad bag of chicken leg quarters. They smelled horrible when I opened them. The expiration date was 3/31/2023. I normally trust Kroger to have fresh food in stock. I was wrong. Someone should have removed this bag. I'm not sure if I want to keep.doing business with Kroger. Either way I know to check the date now cause they are just like every other horrible grocery store. Stockers don't care

I was just at Fred Myer on Broadway St in Salem Oregon. Due to a ********** co2 canister not having nutrition facts but showing on their Fred Myer website that it is ****eligible. As a result I had to use my credit card due to the employee stating if they pushed the transaction through that they could be fired for fraudulent activity. I understand this, but it’s unjust and needs to be corrected. Why say something is ****eligible when it’s not. Kroger Boost is a scam. I paid for 'next day' delivery service and it is never available next day and hasnt been for months. I have called customer service, talked with the drivers and given them time (assuming it was a staffing issues or somthing), yet never get a resolution. I would just like the service I paid for.

I ordered close to $100 worth of grocery delivery, and it was never delivered on 3/20/2023 as scheduled. When I called immediately upon being texted that it had been delivered, I was told, "If you didn't receive your order, of course we'll refund it." The sales representative went back and forth with me repeatedly over whether the food had been delivered (it had NOT), finally agreeing to refund my money. In 5 days. Horrible. The cash register lady would not let me buy more than 4 chips even though there was not a limit listed anywhere on her computer register thing or the aslie. This Kroger always has a problem every time I come here. Do not go there. They are rude.

I was at the King Soopers at MIneral and Broadway. I was checking out when the dark haired florist, who had been following me through the store, let me know that the pic in my flowers did not belong to those flowers. It belonged to a different pot of flowers. She was very rude and made a scene in front of the group of people checking out. She was not going to let me leave the store with a pic that belonged to some different flowers. The digital coupons seem like fraud. You don’t get the shown price and in order to get the displayed price you have to know the secret procedure that I still have not gotten right. So you buy multiples of something because of the great deal and it turns out to be a scam. I called an employee over once because the digital coupon thing is so evasive and he, the employee couldn’t even figure out if it was one of the digital coupon things.
