Absolutely horrible front desk experience. Was told I would get a call back soon, never did. Called back weeks later, they would not even look at MRI unless I brought physically brought it on on a CD. Instead of coordinating my care like an actual civilized health facility, they just engaged in huge gatekeeping, you would be lucky if you can get in the room as Dr. Jones. UCLA health system has completely gone downhill, and if you have any resources, I recommend avoiding it entirely unfortunately.
