It is so welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. All the staff are so nice and helpful. They work with you to find a payment plan that works for you, all they want is for you to be happy with your smile and that your teeth are working like they should be. Our entire family goes to Kristo. I am in invisalign right now, my daughter did traditional as well as my sister in law and her two sons, and our cousin is also doing invisalign. All three of my boys go to Kristo Orthodontics and I have nothing but good things to say about the people and the process! We have had appointments in Eau Claire and Chippewa Falls, everyone is friendly and willing to help. One time my son didn’t think something in his mouth felt right, and they got him in right away to check things out!
Kristo did an amazing job with both my girls. When we had broken brackets or a problem they got us in ASAP. Office staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The staff was very friendly, you didn't feel like a #. Would recommend them to anyone.
We have been going to Kristo for 2 years. My daughter’s first consult was giving us recommendations in her treatment and the timeline it would be..she ended up losing all her teeth faster than we thought, so braces went on sooner than expected. Every experience she has had with Kristo has been positive and everybody is super nice and helpful! Also.. nice to meet the different orthodontists.We just had a consult for our son also for his treatment in the future! So we will be visiting for a few more years!

Both of my daughters have had their braces through Kristo, and we are extremely pleased! We've gone to the Chippewa Falls and Eau Claire offices and everyone is very friendly and accommodating. We're always kept up-to-date on the game plan and when the braces may be coming off! My first daughter's came off right on schedule and it's looking the same way for daughter number 2! Highly recommend!
