Too long of wait EVERY time!
My daughter has some sensory needs and Kristo Orthodontics has been accommodating and kind during her process of needing braces, expander, Herbst...the whole works. She has been able to tolerate this because of the treatment she has received with them. Would fully recommend!
I tried to set up an appointment for my son for this so called FREE CONSULTATION. His mother and I planned on having to pay cash for the work he needs done. They refused to see him because of the insurance we have, I guess they can disrimate against just about anything now days. Is this the kind of buisness you want to support? I would not recommend any buisness that discriminates for any reason.
My stepson just got his braces on today, but our experience so far has been so great. We had SO many questions after having a consultation with another orthodontist in town who gave us a very different and very vague treatment plan. Dr. Kristo was very thorough, took the time to answer all of our questions, and even told us that he is so confident that my stepson will only need the braces for 6-9 months and only on the top, that if he is wrong and he needs a phase 2, that he will credit us 80% of what we pay for phase one to... read more
Amazing! That is all we have to say about Kristo! Blaine went over and above for our son who was less then thrilled with the whole brace process! Couldn’t have done any of this without Kristo!
Very flexible with treatment plan and will customize it to your child.
This place is a joke. Their customer service is horrible. Plenty of cheaper places around with friendlier more caring staff.
