One visit to Chippewa location and our first visit to the EC location today. So far, the staff at both locations have been amazing.
I went to kristo for an expander and braces. During that time we also had questions about my jaw because it was crooked. Dr. Kristo told me for 4 yeats almost tht rubber bands would help fix the problem. Towards the end of my braces I had seen a surgeon. He told me that to fix my jaw i would need surgery. Not rubber bands. After telling dr. Kristo he said that the surgeon we had seen was completely wrong. Ling story short I had him take my braces off, got the surgery, and my jaw is fixed 100%. It is so welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. All the staff are so nice and helpful. They work with you to find a payment plan that works for you, all they want is for you to be happy with your smile and that your teeth are working like they should be. Our entire family goes to Kristo. I am in invisalign right now, my daughter did traditional as well as my sister in law and her two sons, and our cousin is also doing invisalign.
