Frustrating. No ones seems to know what they are doing. Low quality workmanship. Brackets break off constantly. 4 years to complete. Permanent retainer broke twice in first two months. Nice people but not very incompetent.
Perfect experience. The staff, especially Amy, are all delightful. They brighten my day. I was referred to Kristo and I’d refer others there as well. I had minimal issues with my treatment in general. I bit into a hard piece of French bread and broke a brace and had some Spanish bread that caused my chain to come off a little. But other than that, there were no real issues with how the office handled my treatment.
I recommend this place to absolutely no one. I went there for a year and a half to get my jaw straightened and my teeth fixed, and the only reason I stayed that long was I pretty much had to. Throughout my treatment, I had wires pop out and break, brackets fall off in a matter of hours after they were put on, bands broke, chains broke, my retainer broke, and now the wire retainer they put on the back of my bottom teeth is falling off. We paid a lot of money for treatment, and it was and continues to be shit.
Kristo has friendly staff and flexible scheduling. They are straightforward and so easy to work with.
We never see the same orthodontist, so never hear the same game plan. It's like an assembly line in there, which is good for fast appointments, but not consistency. My son's plans change with every appoitment... very frustrating
Top notch staff! State of the art facilities! Spectacular financial department! We couldn't be happier and will tell all our friends!
We LOVE Kristo and what they have done for Maddy's smile! The staff is always friendly and accommodating!
